Awareness is key. Its going to help you figure out whats stopping you. When you are aware of whats going on in your head & body, you can then shift or choose a different path. 95% of what we do is unconscious. So if you finally want to do the thing, you will have to be aware of whats coming up for you when you decide to start. Because your subconscious will more than likely try and come up with thoughts & beliefs to stop you from starting because its not comfortable or normal for you.
