How to help you calm yourself while being overstimulated as a mom that even helps your kids.

Hi Friend!

Todays episode is GOLD. I have my friend Lindsay Adams on who is a child counselor & mindful parent educator. We have such a good conversation on nervous system regulation when it applies to kids & us as parents!

I know it can be so hard not to be activated & get overstimulated by your kids when they are having a melt down, yelling, screaming & talking back.

But something we can do is become aware of how we are feeling and help ourself stay calm during those experiences! We chat about how we can do that and she even gives us a nervous system regulation cheat sheet thats linked below!!
